The location was amazing. The staff provided good service. The room was just perfect.
The rooms felt very tight. Even with an upgrade, the bathroom felt small. There was barely enough room in the room for luggage and a chair.

the hotel's location was very nice I walked easily to places like notre dame and the latin quarter. the plaza near the entrance included fountains , made finding the hotel simple. the staff spoke english fluently and were very helpful. my room was an exact match to the online pictures and had plenty of storage.
my room was slightly smaller than i expected based on the photos online it was still comfortable however

the room had excellent linens and quite comfortable beds and bath products were high quality. i appreciated the cozy atmosphere and how well the room ventilated with the windows open it felt very fresh.

the staff members were friendly helpful and very proactive with all requests. i found their attentiveness and willingness to assist. they were always available to provide directions or recommendations.

Solid Stay Near the Sorbonne
metro accessfriendly staffroom upgrade
The hotel location works well. It sits near metro stations and has easy access to the RER B line from CDG. My room included a plaza view plus a university view. Staff members I met were friendly, and their help felt very welcome. They upgraded my room, which I very much appreciated.
The hotel bar seemed closed for a long time. It looked more decorative than functional.

The hotel offered free umbrellas for guest use. There was also a candy station available all day. Daily tea time encouraged guests to socialize.

Staff were really good. I overslept and missed breakfast by 30 minutes. The front desk arranged for them to hold some breakfast for me.

the hotel is located near many restaurants (two are right next door). i found it easy to take a short walk to jardin de luxembourg. it was simple to use the nearby buses and metro stops.

The location was acceptable. Several attractions were nearby.
The room i received was quite small. there was barely space for luggage. A chair added to the cramped feel. the bathroom also felt inadequate, lacking the space i expect. I found this particularly disappointing for a so-called four-star hotel.
